Company Overview
Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd., was founded in Tucson in 1989 as a local right of way firm providing acquisition and relocation assistance services to cities, counties, and private-sector clients in Arizona. Over the years, we steadily expanded our scope to become the nationally recognized firm we are today.
Tierra began offering cultural resource and GIS mapping services in 1993. The same years we opened our first Seattle branch office. Over the next decade, we continued to expand our service area, successfully completing work for major telecommunications and electric transmission projects in New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington, as well as several statewide utility and transportation projects in Arizona and Washington.

Tierra pays 100% of Short and Long Term Disability effective the first day of employment. In addition, Tierra pays for 100% of group life insurance and AD&D for the employee in the amount of 2x annual salary up to $100,000.
