Company Overview
My office is located in Redding, CA. We have covered Northern California since 1978. We have specialized in Right of Way acquisitions for Public agencies from Glenn County to the Oregon border, Nevada border and coastal California. We represent many if not all of the public agencies in this geographical area. Resumes available. Started with employment with the then known California Division of Highways (Cal Trans). We are looking for a Right of Way company or single Right of Way Agent to purchase our company. Our primary agent, Robert P. Martin, would stay to introduce clients and help respond to RFPs. This is a very busy area of influence with copious requests for infrastructure help in the right of way arena.
Company History
Engaged in property acquisition. We have been in Redding, California since 1978. Robert Martin began as a Right of Way Agent since 1969. He is also a Certified General Appraiser. Our emphasis for the past ten years has been negociation.
