Description

The Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent is responsible for providing comprehensive right-of-way services for pipeline projects throughout the State of Texas. Duties include right-of-way acquisition, easement negotiation, construction coordination, property damage investigations, and post-acquisition support. The ROW Agent serves as a liaison between property owners, contractors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.

Requirements

The candidate must have either a Texas Real Estate license or a Texas Easement and Right of Way License.
