We’re hiring and accepting resumes for Land & Right-of-Way professionals: ROW/Land Agents, Title Agents, Permit/Zoning Agents, and Document Specialists to support infrastructure and land development projects across the U.S.

What you’ll do:
Depending on the role and project, you may:
- Acquire land rights and negotiate with property owners.
- Conduct title research and prepare acquisition documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering, and project teams to ensure compliance.
- Manage permits, zoning documentation, and regulatory approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and track project milestones.
Current Opportunities:
- Illinois: ROW/Land Agent (active opening)
- Michigan: Permit/Zoning Agents, Title Specialists, Document Specialists (active opening: some hybrid, some remote; state restrictions apply)
- Southeast U.S.: ROW/Land Agents (anticipated projects)
- Nationwide: Remote Title Agents (anticipated projects)

Requirements
What success looks like:
- You build trust with stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
- You communicate clearly and manage documentation with precision.
- You adapt quickly to changing project needs and timelines.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in land acquisition, title research, permitting, or document management.
- Knowledge of property law, land use, and infrastructure development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely or in hybrid settings.
- Strong software skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe/Docusign, Land Management programs, and GIS systems
