Role & Responsibilities

A Community Association Manager is responsible for the execution of communications, operations, maintenance, and financial management of a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations; Specifically, the Community Association Manager acts as an advisor to Board and Committee members; Responds promptly to email and phone calls to board members and homeowners; Prepares, attends, and facilitates Board and Annual meetings; Reviews and interprets governing documents; prepares the annual Budget for the association; Initiates and reviews annual association reserve studies; Ensures that association work orders and repairs are completed as required; Oversee landscape and other vendor contracts; Obtains bids from contractors when needed.

We are looking for a professional with 2+years of experience in community association management. CMCA/AMS certification is highly preferred. This individual should be experienced in partnering with association board members and in building professional business relationships. Experienced in preparing association budgets and board meetings, compliance, and technology software are required. A successful Community Association Manager will share our vision, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service as we continue to build strong and lasting relationships with the communities we serve.
